The present conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by "Sailla's Artshop", namely Laurent Sailla, a special painter living in Carcassonne and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website called " The buyer ".
The present terms of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between the Sailla's Artshop site and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through Sailla's Artshop's commercial site, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer.
The acquisition of a good or a service through this site implies an unreserved acceptance by the buyer of the present conditions of sale.
These conditions of sale will prevail over any other general or particular conditions not expressly approved by Sailla's Artshop.

Characteristics of the proposed properties
The products are those which appear in the catalog published on the site of Sailla's Artshop.
These products are works of art realized on different supports (canvas or paper).
The works on paper must be accompanied by a frame and a coaster, which makes the object relatively fragile to shipping.
These products are offered within the limit of available stocks. Generally there is only one copy of each work.
However, as an exception, I can re-edit a new version of a work, which by nature will still be unique because slightly different.
Each product is accompanied on the site by a quick description drawn up by Sailla's Artshop.
A certificate of authenticity may be issued at the request of the buyer.

Prices
Prices in the catalog are prices in euro.

The prices quoted do not include transport and delivery charges, provided they take place in the geographical areas provided for hereinafter.
Geographical area
The on-line sale of the products presented on the site is reserved for buyers who reside in metropolitan France only.
For any shipment outside Metropolitan France, you will have to contact me directly by e-mail (contact@toile-popart.com) in order to apply the international postal rates accordingly.
Orders
The buyer who wishes to buy a product must:

Retraction

Payment terms
The price is due on order.

Shipments

Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area.
All our items are delivered in France or abroad by the French Post Office. Delivery times may vary depending on the geographic area of delivery of the items.
